Sign Language

We have been trying to teach Reilly sign language. We started a few months ago with simple words. We sign him words like milk, mama, dada, i love you, sleep, eat, thank you, puppy, and more. When he was about 6 months old he started signing himself! We were so excited. The only one he really does right now is the sign for milk. It is so neat to see him learning to communicate with us. He has also shown us he understands some of the other words too. When we say goodnight to him, after we place him in his crib, we do the sign for sleep.  we hold our hands to the side of our heads like we were laying on a pillow. Every time we do this sign he lays the side of his head down and looks up at us with a smile. It is adorable and we def need to get it on video. One we did get on video though was Reilly Roo signing milk when we put him in his high chair. Its short but hope you enjoy!
